SHIPPING FAQ
Due to General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), effective Dec. 13th 2024, I am unable to ship tracked orders to any EU countries and Northern Ireland. If you would just like to order stickers, you can place an order and the order will be shipped in a stamped envelope with no tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! I am based in New York City and am currently shipping worldwide. Please check the USPS website to make sure your country is not currently affected by service distruptions due to current events.
How are orders shipped?
All domestic and international orders (excluding sticker orders) are shipped through USPS First Class mail.
All orders are packaged in eco-friendly and recycled materials. I use flatmailers from EcoEnclose while envelopes and business cards are made from recycled paper. All artwork is packaged in glassine sleeves instead of plastic. Please recycle or reuse the packaging!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped out within 3-7 days of being placed.
You'll receive a USPS tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
For domestic orders, first class mail may take 3-6 business days. However please prepare for potential delays for up to 2-4 weeks due to slowdowns in service.
What do I do if my package has been lost or stolen?
Once a package is shipped, I am not reponsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final.
However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order! Shoot me an email at [email protected] with your name and order # and I'll see what I can do.
